The Ugly Truth is a Rom - com movie about two people who has different opinions about relationships featuring Geralt Butler and Katherine Heigl. This movie is very hilarious and funny. It's full of many funny scenes and dirty jokes. 
The story of the movie is Abby ( Katherine Heigl) a TV show producer who was having a hard time when her program went down on ratings. Sge was also warned by her boss that she will be fired if she doesn't change the way of program. Later in that night she accidentally watched a live talking programme " The Ugly Truth " which was conducted by  Mike ( Geralt Butler) who is cynical about relationships and women. Then she called him and they two started to argue via phone call in the live programme. 

Next day she was shocked when her boss introduced Mike as a new programmer for her t.v show because Mike became famous due to the last night programme arguement with her. Due to Mike's performance in the programme " The Ugly Truth " the ratings of Abby's programme started to increase. However Mike and Abby were like cat and mouse. 

Abby was rejected by some men because she's different from ordinary women. She's smart and she criticize when she finds wrong. That's the main reason most of the man rejected her. Then she met a new neighbour Collin and she wanted to impress him. Mike always said no men are perfect. During the argument with Mike she said Collin is perfect. Then she also admitted she didn't know how to impress him.


Mike gave some advices to her and he also changed her appearance and he also gave some intrusions to her how to impress Collin via Ear phone when she's with him in places like stadium, restaurant etc. With his help she finally impressed Collin. But the truth is Collin liked her due to the way she's now. That means the way Mike changed her. Collin didn't know about real Abby's behaviour. However she finally managed to impress him. At the same time during the argument, speaking and helping Abby ; Mike felt something in his heart by observing the real Abby.

The movie is very funny and enjoyable. However the movie is suitable for mature audiences due to strong language and some minor sexual contents. There are numerous hilarious moments in the movie and you will definitely love them . " The Ugly Truth " t.v programme  moments  in the movie will definitely make you laugh. The first meeting of Mike and Abby in t.v station also hilarious. The balloon moment  in the movie is enjoyable and it's a beautiful moment in the movie. Moreover Geralt Butler and Katherine Heigl gave a best performance in the movie. The way they argue , way the fight are very perfect. Rather than them there are numerous actors did a good acting in the movie . Other than this they also explore about  nature of love in the movie as well. 

Writer also gave a message through movie that we should chose a partner who actually love the real version of you. That means if you want to find a true love,then don't try to change your self to impress someone.If you love rom - com movies,  then you should definitely watch this film.
